SUMMARY

Can't maximize Okular. There's no maximize button on the title bar and can not maximize Okular neither by double clicking here or by right clicking and choosing Maximize (it is grayed out) or using the keyboard shortcut (super+up arrow). On my second monitor I can maximize as normal. Installed Okular with snap and I'm using the X11 Windowing System.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Okular on primary display.
2. Can't maximize. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't maximize.

EXPECTED RESULT
Maximized window.
