Was previously paired, open app, instantly crashes. Clear cache and app data, pair to PC again, doesn't connect, refresh, connects but instantly crashes. Next open app, instantly connects and crashes.

Can reproduce on Windows, KDE Connect version 24.08.1 from Microsoft Store on Windows 10 Home 22H2 19045.4894, against a Pixel 8 on Android 14, KDE Connect version 1.32.4 from the play store. Unable to get a stacktrace, sorry, but this renders KDE Connect effectively unusable until fixed.

I've tried reinstalling on both platforms with restarts on both devices, no dice.

Ope, this seems to be a duplicate of bug 494070, should be marked as duplicate. I have that button but I don't know if I have site permission bits I'm not supposed to have, I won't click it as a result.
