Created attachment 174346 [details] Example of the glitch SUMMARY When moving a reference image, the image leaves a weird path of visual glitching (similar to that old windows glitch when moving windows). It happens in a non consistent way, about 30% of the times a reference image is moved. It happens more if the image is moved slowly. The glitch clears itself if the canvas is zoomed in/out, or moved. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Paste a reference image 2. Move it 3. OBSERVED RESULT Path of lines or pre rendered reference image along the movement path. EXPECTED RESULT No lines or visual glitches. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442) macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This started happening after updating to last version.
Hi, could you attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports to this report? These glitches are heavily dependent on which type of canvas you use, the canvas acceleration option, the GPU and driver.
