Nothing is shown on the TV

SUMMARY

When I connect my laptop to a TV and set display configuration on "unify outputs", overview effect works properly on my laptop, but it doesn't show open windows on the TV (it only shows an empty overview effect, as shown in the attached photos)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a TV to your laptop
2. Set display configuration to "unify outputs"
3. Open some windows and then go to overview mode (Press Super+W)

NOTE: My fractional scaling is set to 125%, maybe it matters to reproduce the issue

OBSERVED RESULT
Overview effect doesn't show open windows in one of the displays

EXPECTED RESULT
Both displays should show the same thing.

Hi. I don't think the issue is the same with the bug you marked duplicate as.
It's talking about a totally different thing I guess.

it's the same thing. KWin doesn't have any mirroring support right now, display settings just puts two screens in the same position for "mirroring", and that's the cause of this problem. Once it's fixed, the overview will be mirrored between mirrored screens as well
