SUMMARY This happens with alacritty when it's full screen, and I am using Wayland. Please see the video, it shows the issue properly. I didn't know what is causing this, therefore I didn't to take logs. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open alacritty in full screen 2. Switch between different workspace SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I previously had a similar bug here https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419235, although this was in krunner the screen behaviour was similar.

Can you retest this in Konsole (with the same program opened) or in Alacritty, but outside of the open program to see if you can reproduce it in other situations.

Do you have an ICC profile set? If so, it could be bug 477017

If you set the color profile to "none", does the issue go away?
