When I set my headphone's volume to 150%, then disconnect it, then connect it again, the audio is presumably at 100% until I reduce the volume to 149%, even though the UI shows "150%".

Another bug about this, if I set the speaker to mute, connect the headphone, then disconnect it, it will show the volume percentage and the UNmuted volume icon, even though it's supposed to show the muted volume icon.

The visual bug showing the muted device as UNmuted only happens when it has 1% volume or more.
If the volume is 0%, the notification will correctly show that the device is muted.

The bug of the connected device not playing at 150% volume until the volume is changed still happens.

If it is intentional (I hope not), then all sound devices should just save these higher percentages as 100%.
