SUMMARY
Device is at 300% scale as set by Plasma Mobile but scroll to top/bottom arrows (round buttons) are not scaled correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scroll up in a chat to expose the scroll to the bottom arrow

OBSERVED RESULT
Tiny arrow as in screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
Scaled arrow

From Flatpak on Flathub 24.08.1.
