Thank you for the request! Long time ago there were options to set custom UI colors, but they were dropped between Amarok 1.x and 2.0 (around 15 years ago), I believe. There might have been some discussions, but I'm not aware of any active work done ever since to reintroduce those options.

However, although not completely identical, I think this request is still similar enough to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=329435 to justify combining these under one bug number, so doing it now.
