Created attachment 174183 [details] The screenshot clearly shows that the game that blocks auto lock is not running. After closing the launcher itself, as I wrote above, nothing changes. SUMMARY The title speaks for itself: Plasma continues to block auto suspense after the app that locked it was shut down. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Run a game (e.g., through Lutris) 2. Play for a while 3. Close a game and launcher 4. See that Plasma continues blocking auto suspend and screen locking OBSERVED RESULT Plasma is still blocking the auto lock screen. EXPECTED RESULT Plasma should re-enable the automatic screen lock and suspend. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux Rolling KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.90 Beta from kde-unstable repository KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't stepped away from the computer for a time in which it would have gone to sleep by now. I also checked all relevant processes of the game launcher, wine, gamemode and gamescope. None of the processes that could affect the autoblocking were running.
It's not Plasma blocking suspension, it's the app. Plasma just informs you that the app is doing this and lets you unblock it. If Lutris continues to block suspend when it no longer should, then it's a bug in Lutris, and I recommend filing a bug report with them.
