STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Plasma session with Breeze Dark global theme
2. open Global Theme KCM
3. apply Breeze global theme
4. click on any of these applets in the system tray:
Brightness and Color
Power Management
Vaults

OBSERVED RESULT
black buttons seen in the attached screenshots

EXPECTED RESULT
correctly themed buttons

I'm not able to reproduce this issue with those steps on current git master.

On Plasma 6.1.5 on Solus I can reproduce:
I see a black button in the brightness task manager applet
Vaults and Power Management (and all other task manager applets) look OK

On git-master I am only able to reproduce with Vaults
