Why are both texts written vertically?

This in the attachment is hard to read. This is not the worse one that I've got.

This is because the fonts used by GMail do not handle the layouts Bugzilla is trying to create - which assumed a fixed-width font was in use.

This should be reported to Bugzilla upstream.
