SUMMARY
When opening the weather applet initially, it briefly flashes black.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add weather applet to panel
2. Click to open the weather applet

OBSERVED RESULT
Applet flashes black

EXPECTED RESULT
Applet does not flash black, like other applets.

Cannot reproduce with current git master and an Intel HD630 10th gen iGPU. What GPU are you using? And can you check again with the final release of Plasma 6.2 in about two weeks?
