I'm assuming Konsole is not being forced to run under XWayland, right? If it is, then this is Bug 459373. If not, then this is Bug 480171. I'll be presumptuous and guess Konsole is running as a native Wayland app, and mark this as a duplicate of Bug 480171. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 480171 ***
I am not using wayland at all. I don't even have nvidia KMS enabled (which is must for wayland afaik)
Oh, I missed that, sorry, if you're not using Wayland, then it's Bug 423390. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 423390 ***
