Windows 10 KDEConnect client syncs contacts from anywhere to files in %HOME%/Contacts, even if its moved and have another path in registry. Seems to me that KDEConnect not checking "Users Shell Folders" variables and just create directory, kinda unwanted behavior.

Happens at all windows 10 builds, KDEConnect is at 21.12.3 version.
