After installing KDE Plasma 6.1.9 a bug appeared where the window displayed in the notification area appears and disappears very slowly. To reproduce this bug, use Spectacle to take screenshots. After the screenshot, the notification screen will appear and disappear very slowly, preventing any other action from being performed until the notification window disappears. Operating System: Fedora Linux 41 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Kernel Version: 6.11 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland
I am unable to reproduce this on my system Operating System: Fedora Linux 40 KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0 Qt Version: 6.7.2 Kernel Version: 6.10.10-200.fc40.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6600
you mean is fading in/out very slowly or simply the notification stays there a long time before timing out?
(In reply to Marco Martin from comment #2) > you mean is fading in/out very slowly or simply the notification stays there > a long time before timing out? Very slow fading and not only the fading the popup window becomes cracked and goes down very slowly. See the example video in the link below. Video capture: https://imgur.com/a/BorJj84
