WEBM demo of problem

SUMMARY
Notification pop-ups are randomly half-width.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Generate a notification
2. Observe that sometimes it's half the width of normal

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes it's half the width of normal

EXPECTED RESULT
It's always the same size

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Fedora 40: plasma-workspace-6.1.5-1.fc40.x86_64

BTW: kinfo fails with a popup that says "Could not find plugin kcm_about-distro"

It's notable that I'm using X11, not Wayland: plasma-workspace-x11-6.1.5-1.fc40.x86_64
