STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have several Bluetooth devices
2. Connect a device

OBSERVED RESULT
1) The progress circle appears at the to be connected item
2) The device moves up to the top and the order of the other items re-arrange. The device, which is now at the list position of the just-connected device shows the progress circle for a certain amount of time.

Please see the screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
There's no progress circle once a device has actually connected and definitely not for a device, which is not about to connect.

Sorry we were not able to get to this issue yet! I can't reproduce this in current git master. Can you reproduce it in Plasma 6.3.4 or later?
