STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin settings
2. click on "Previews" tab
3. uncheck "Video files (ffmpegthumbs)" and click on "OK" button
4. set icon view mode
5. open a folder containing video files - my folder contains .webm, .mkv and .mp4 video files

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin unexpectedly generates the preview for video files

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin should not generate the preview for video files if "Video files (ffmpegthumbs)" is unchecked in the previews settings

Cannot reproduce it with Dolphin 24.12.1 on Fedora 41.

After uninstalling ffmpegthumbnailer 2.2.3-3 package on my system, I'm unable to reproduce this bug (even after reinstalling it).
