Most apps have Help help->report bug -> Launch Bug report Wizard.
For KRDC the last step does nothing.

Does it work on other applications? I can confirm on all KDE apps I tried (Dolphin, Ark, Gwenview, Elisa, Okular) so it's probably not KRDC issue.

The "Report Bug" dialog seems to be currently broken in most KDE apps. A generic bug report containing a patch already exists, closing this as duplicate.
