SUMMARY
When two monitors are connected, if you maximize an app on each side, the side opposite to the last used will become very distorted. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect 2 monitors or an external screen to a laptop. 
2. Maximize an app on each (use the diamond or drag the window to the top of the screen)
3. The one opposite to the one you just maximized will become distorted. (If you move the mouse to the other screen it will fix itself depending where you move the mouse. (If it looks fixed, check the top bar 

OBSERVED RESULT
Extreme distortion

EXPECTED RESULT
No distortion

Using Wayland and NVIDIA Proprietary Driver right now. *Issue still persists when using the NVIDIA FOSS driver, or the intel.

There was a bug in the maximize effect, which should be fixed in 6.2
