Screenshot of maybe orphaned app message.

SUMMARY
try to uninstall from app launcher, and terminal (whereis finds it, apt krdpserver

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Evidently you just have to look at the thing in the settings menu, then this happens. I thought I got hacked.
2. https://discuss.kde.org/t/remove-or-disable-krdpserver-in-plasma-6-1/17878/9
is the link I used to figure out that it isn't just me.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Stays doing what it wants through thick, and thin. Regardless of what I do to turn it off.

EXPECTED RESULT
Stay in it's room until it's called!

Turning off KRDP not working is similar to bug 490665, but that should only apply to people who ran neon unstable at a particular point in time (and was also fixed a while ago), and if you have 6.1.5 this shouldn't apply to you.

Moving to neon component so the experts can have a look.

Apologies. I did a search for 'krdpserver' with no results. However, it only started happening about a month ago. I probably have some conflict on my system, as I am kind of reckless, and do not stick to the default software sources for everything. This is not a deal breaker for me. I wanted the experience of running this type OS. You guys are doing an awesome job.
