Discover update error

When I want to update the system, I get the message

"Unable to get a lock:
E:dpkg was interrupted, you need to manually run "dpkg --configure -a" to fix the problem.

If the above error looks like a real error and not a temporary network outage, I recommend reporting it to KDE neon, not to KDE"

I've added a screenshot, it's in Polish, but it might be useful
