Thanks for the video, but after watching it twice, I'm not sure that I see a bug. Can you explain what's not happening the way you expect?

first click 0:07  on minimized cs 1.6 - good
0:10 tenth second click on minimized chromium opens cs 1.6 - not good
0:13 thriteenth second continue opening chrome opens cs 1.6 - not good
0:14 fourteenth second continue opening chrome opens cs 1.6 - not good
0:15 fifteenth second opening cs 1.6 opens cs 1.6 - good
0:16 opening obs - good
0:18 opens chrome - good
0:20 - 0:25  starting showing i have three virtual screens - good (nice feature)
0:26 on chrome task opens obs studio - not good
0:28 on chrome task opens obs studio - not good
0:28 - 0:30 dont know what is happening there, propably i was alt + tabbing since cursor doesnt move from task
0:30 press on cs 1.6 task - good
0:32 press on chromium task - not good
0:34 press on obs - good

i dont know what setting u are exactly asking for, didnt change  any animatons to any lower/disabled since i have enough fast laptop do do such
