Description jan.claussen10 2024-09-20 20:07:57 UTC
SUMMARY
Not sure if this is the right place, but I have configured the digital clock to show akonadi calendar events. When I now remove a calendar in e.g. Korganizer or Merkuro, the plasmashell freezes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a calendar in Korganizer or Merkuro
2. Install kdepim-addons and add the calendar events to the digital clock
3. Remove a recently added calendar in Korganizer or Merkuro

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell freezes and needs to be killed, which takes very long. Afterwards it works again.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not freeze

Can confirm, having the same issue.

Not sure if related, but it's also impossible to remove a calendar from the digital clock, because reopening the page for the calendar source, always shows all resources unticked.
