Toggle is gone when BT is disabled

SUMMARY

Bluetooth Toggle is gone when BT is disabled. It reappars when I enter system settings and enable BT.

There's suppose to be a button below the text that says "Enable". Looks like it went missing. I cannot reproduce the issue with current git master JFYI.

Can you reproduce this in Plasma 6.3.4 or later?
