SUMMARY
'Desktop Effects' Settings has 'Mouse Click Animation' entry, but setting 'Toggle Mouse Click Effect' in it names it 'Effect'.
Works under X11 and Wayland.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings
2. Search for "Desktop Effects"
3. Find in it "Mouse Click Animation"
4. Press = (Configure...) button.

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse Click Animation is named as Mouse Click Effect in shortcut field or as "Toggle Mouse Click Effect".

EXPECTED RESULT
To fix that slight issue.
