The file explorer application crashes when attempting to list the contents of a directory containing a large number of files and subdirectories. This issue occurs consistently on both desktop and lapt

The file explorer application crashes when attempting to list the contents of a directory containing a large number of files and subdirectories. This issue occurs consistently on both desktop and laptop systems running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Create a new directory with at least 10,000 files or subdirectories.
Open the file explorer and navigate to the newly created directory.
Attempt to view the contents of the directory.
