WindowHeapDelegate.qml: Increase bottomMargin to avoid overlap

Adding Kirigami.Units.smallSpacing and Kirigami.Units.largeSpacing
to bottomMargin adds enough space to avoid items from overlapping
when there are a lot of windows open.
FIXED-IN: 6.2.0
