SUMMARY
Per https://community.kde.org/Matrix , it implies that you are supposed to use other homeservers than kde.org ("Registering an account here is disabled, create an account from other webserver and login here"). But in fact it *only* allows you to login using an account on kde.org .

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open webchat.kde.org
2. Click on login button
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
The homeserver cannot be changed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The homeserver can be changed, or the wiki text is modified accordingly.
