Works fine under X11 .
If you force software cursor by setting the KWIN_FORCE_SW_CURSOR=1 envvar, is it better?

i'm sorry we weren't able to get to this yet. Can you please re-test to see if this is still an issue in plasma 6.3.4? If it is, do the stutters correspond to disk read/writes? This can be seen if you move the mouse around during system updates or when copying a lot of files, or running the game You can also use something like iotop on command line to see if the problem happens when there's a lot of disk activity. If the bug is seen with disk activity this is likely a duplicate of bug 495695
