Same issue here. The blurry icons also appeared on plasma 6.1.5 with the Qt 6.8 beta4 here, so it might be Qt 6.8 beta related. Operating System: CachyOS Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0 Qt Version: 6.8.0 Kernel Version: 6.11.0-rc7-1-cachyos-rc (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz Memory: 31,2 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® Arc
I can confirm also in Arch Linux, and with scale 175%.

Also tested on opensuse tumbleweed krypton repos. Definitely seems like at Qt 6.8 thing.
Hey, it's fixed for me, i've done two things and I don't know what solved it. - Upgrade the kde frameworks from 6.5.0 to 6.6.0 . - Raw clearing the cache directory (rm -r ~/.cache/k*). Anyway now everything is clear and precise.
Yes, same here, I didn't have to delete any cache directory, just updating frameworks 6.6.0 fixed the issue.
