SUMMARY
Monitor is not waking up after automatically being turned off

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let display turn off
2. Move the mouse to turn display on

OBSERVED RESULT
Display doesn't wake up

EXPECTED RESULT
Display wake up

journal have these logs around the time I tried to wake it up

Seems like it was a fluke or some outdated package leading to it.
Will reopen if I can reproduce it again
