I'm unable to create a valid backtrace, even after following the guidelines  I still get the message "The generated crash information is not valid."

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Draw a video box on the page.
2. Select video (have tried MP4 and MKV versions).
3. Click Open and the program crashes out completely. This happens every time I try.

A video on the page.

I've seen that this has been reported before, but the ticket was deleted without resolution, probably because they couldn't get backtrace working.
