Mouse behavior in the project bin

SUMMARY
When moving the mouse over the clips in the project bin the behavior of what is happening with the audio and video icons displayed for each clip is inconsistent. Icons turn white or stay blue, white icons are displayed where there are none on the clip. See attached GIF

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clips of different type to the bin
2. Move mouse over the clips in the bin

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons turn white or stay blue, white icons are displayed without blue icons

EXPECTED RESULT
Only blue icons turn white
