Created attachment 173562 [details] Visual example of the bug. Hovering over the task manager widget shows a its configuration pop-up barely visible underneath the panel configuration window. SUMMARY Another issue with panel settings has been found. When hovering over widgets in edit mode for a panel, the pop-up giving options to configure and remove the widget will be covered by the overall panel options pop-up. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enter edit mode on a panel. 2. Position a widget such that its configuration pop-up will intersect with the panel settings pop-up. 3. Hover over the widget OBSERVED RESULT The panel options covers the widget options, making the desktop harder to work with. EXPECTED RESULT If such a collision were to occur, it would be better if the widget options covered the panel options, as the former pop-up can be intuitively dismissed by moving the cursor away from the widget. In addition, I'd suggest making it so clicking the panel configuration pop-up automatically dismisses any widget config pop-ups.
