OBSERVED RESULT There is not always a "Safe to remove" option, only to unmounted. So that the Flash disk does not light up. And the HDD drive., parked the tracks before turning off. EXPECTED RESULT So that you can "turn off " or " permanently remove " the disk, in any case, even unmounted disks. The GNOME-Disk example will allow you to "turn off" the disk. Even in KDE disk manager there is no such item. I'm unable to reproduce this issue with Dolphin 24.12.1 if I understood the issue correctly. Can you please re-check and confirm if this issue is still occurring? If it is, please add clear steps to reproduce and change the status back to REPORTED.
