SUMMARY
I can't Zoom screen under X11 as I do under Wayland. Compositing is enabled for X11 and "Zoom" desktop effect is enabled too. Shortcuts are default.
Meta++ and Meta+- are working fine, but they are not convinient as much as Ctrl+Meta shortcut.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check you have Compositing enabled in Settings under X11 and "Zoom" desktop effect is enabled with default settings
2. Press Ctrl+Meta and Scroll your mouse wheel

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen is not Zoomed

EXPECTED RESULT
Fix the Zoom for X11.

Sorry, but this won't happen. On X11, pointer input doesn't go through KWin, so this is pretty difficult to implement there.
