SUMMARY
as stated in title

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. use navigation bar (not gestures only)
1. set display scaling to non integer, for example 140%
2. rotate screen from portrait to landscape or vice versa to be in the opposite mode from when you applied the screen scaling
3. open keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
1 pixel gap between navigation bar and keyboard where the desktop wallpaper shows through

EXPECTED RESULT
no gap
