Created attachment 173424 [details] Shifted Snapshot image *** If you're not sure this is actually a bug, instead post about it at https://discuss.kde.org If you're reporting a crash, attach a backtrace with debug symbols; see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** SUMMARY When using capture rectangle on my 4k monitor it shifts the "snapshot" image to there right. When you capture it captures the real capture region so it doesn't go off the snapshot at all but the image shift makes it hard to capture the right region. Probably has to do with my monitor layout and it being 4k. I added my monitor layouts for you to review. The 2 images i took are 1 the real desktop image and 2 the snapshot for you to select the capture region. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enter capture 2. Snapshot is taken - Image for you to crop/select the region you want to capture. 3. Region can be selected and will capture the real region not the snapshot region OBSERVED RESULT Snapshot is shifted to the right making it hard to capture the correct real desktop region. EXPECTED RESULT Snapshot is real representation of the destop region SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 24.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.13 Kernel Version: 6.8.0-41-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: offscreen Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070/PCIe/SSE2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Brand new Kubuntu install

The bug only happens if you have multiple screens attached, and only on the primary screen The snapshot on the second screen isn't shifted, neither on the primary with no other screens attached
