SUMMARY
When disabling the remote desktop, it still starts at the next boot.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up the remote desktop session.
2. Switch off the "Enable RDP server" toggle. (I also deleted the user to be sure)
3. Reboot.

OBSERVED RESULT
At startup you a notification about the RDP server asking for permission. In the setting page the toggle is now switched on.

EXPECTED RESULT
We should be able to disable the RDP server.
