STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create the kwin window rule: titlebar color scheme
2. apply the rule
3. launch dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
the kwin window rule: titlebar color scheme is ignored. the titlebar color scheme is the universal color scheme.

EXPECTED RESULT
kwin window rule: titlebar clor scheme should be obeyed and the selected color scheme should be applied to the titlebar.

KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.5.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
i played around with settings like "window class", "match whole window class", "window types" but that did not help.
i logged out and re-logged in, but that also didn't help.

i filed it under dolphin, as most other apps (except for libreoffice via flatpak under certain circumstances) all do follow my titlebar color rules.
