STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin, Konsole and Kate
2. drag Dolphin task to another position in the task manager
3. drag Kate to another position in the task manager (notice the Dolphin icon unexpectedly near the mouse pointer while you drag Kate)

OBSERVED RESULT
after the last step. the first dragged app (Dolphin) was re-positioned in the task manager instead of the last dragged one (Kate)

EXPECTED RESULT
the last dragged app is re-positioned in the task manager
