Please change "Versement" and "Dépôt" by "Recette" and "Dépense" in french translation

In french version, 5.1.80-d5e4277 Appimage, "Versement" and "Dépôt" are very confusing.

Please, replace with "Recette" and "Dépense" in great book view and new transaction view.

Thank you for your report. Translations are not handled directly by the developers but by the translation teams. I added the resp. team for French to this ticket in CC.

Hello Remi.
Thanks for reporting your concern about the translation of Kmymoney. I am currently in charge of its translation in French.

I wonder if the global replacement of "Versement" and "Dépôt" by "Recette" and "Dépense" in french translation is adequate.

For example, there are many references to "versement" in many context. For example:
Final Payment: ==> Versement libératoire :
First payment: ==> Premier versement :

The translation of "Versement" and "Dépôt" may be done differently depending on the context, ie. on a case by case basis.

So, please could you be more specific on the translation that could be improved with your request (Context, screenshot)?

If necessary, you can contact the KDE FR translation forum (with a required registration) kde-francophone@kde.org or directly me (xavier.besnard@kde.org).
Thank for your contribution for improving Kmymoney translations.

PS: If you would like to contribute to KMymoney translations (review or translations), you are welcome. It is fun, according to your constraints and wishes....

Regards. Xavier

They are too close to each other in meaning and I have found myself on several occasions wondering where I should put my amount, something that never happened to me before with terms like "Recette" and "Dépense".

"Versement" we don't really know in which direction the financial flow takes place, in + or in -..."Dépôt" is for me the payment of a sum in cash into an account (we sometimes speak of an account deposit elsewhere).

"Recette" is very clear, it is an income, "Dépense" is an exit.

No possible confusion.
