SUMMARY
The settings page for "touchpad" is blank, displaying no settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "Settings" app.
2. Click the "Mouse & Touchpad" menu button at the top.
3. Click the "Touchpad" menu button.

OBSERVED RESULT
The touchpad settings page is blank. (Screenshot attached)

EXPECTED RESULT
The touchpad settings page should display settings.
