STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Region & Language KCM
2. click on "Data and storage sizes" on bottom
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
First option in "Data and storage sizes" page is unreadable. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
all options are readable

ooops, this is the correct step 2:

2. click on "Modify..." button of "Data and storage sizes" row on bottom

Can confirm when *not* using a custom accent color. Haven't found which component's fault this is yet.
