SUMMARY
when using alt+tab to switch windows, with any window switcher, "tab" is sent to the current application, after the second "alt+tab"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an application which responds to alt+tab (tested on vscode and discord)
2. Press alt+tab a couple of time

OBSERVED RESULT
Tab is sent to the focused application, as if it was focused and the user was pressing "tab"

EXPECTED RESULT
Tab should not be sent to the focused application

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When searching on the internet for this bug, it has been reported everywhere, but not in the actual KDE bug tracking system, so I thought I'd report the bug in here so that it can actually get any attention, and I also use KDE Plasma myself and I'd like to have this fixed.
