After last update Colors & Themes menu is broken

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open menu.

OBSERVED RESULT
Broken.

EXPECTED RESULT
Working as before.

You are missing the knewstuff KDE framework package or your distro didn't provide it. You'll need to talk to the openSUSE team to identify the package that provides knewstuff and it would be good to let them know it didn't come pre-installed on their KDE version if that's the case.

FYI, I see more stuff broken in that screenshot, there are probably more packages missing which indicates a custom installation.
