Global shortcut upon assignment still resets.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to change global shortcut.

OBSERVED RESULT
Still None.

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut assigned.

Same applies to Spectatle. No shortcut can be assign. Happens from last update.

Problem is more global than Yakuake I see now but cannot change product.

zypper dup solved this.
