Menu after moving the mouse from the top left corner, along the top

SUMMARY
Dragging a file from one Dolphin window or view into another triggers a menu to copy or move the file. The border around the file seems to be rendered onto by the mouse, or at least you can leave behind parts of the mouse pixels by rubbing the mouse over the border.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two views in Dolphin, or two Dolphin windows
2. Drag a file from one to the other to trigger the Move / Copy / Link menu
3. Observe the menu's border as you move the mouse over it

OBSERVED RESULT
Border keeps mouse pixels drawn on it

EXPECTED RESULT
Clean border not affected by mouse
