SUMMARY
Dolphin fails to display all filenames of an SMB mounted path that includes UTF-8 japanese characters.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mount SMB share
2. Go to directory with UTF-8 characters
3. some filenames are garbled

OBSERVED RESULT
Garbled filenames (some)

EXPECTED RESULT
Full filenames
